*Sproing!*

It’s Spring!! There’s nothing quite like a few days of warm weather and sunshine and blooming flowers to brighten the mood. Curly got to try out crawling on grass for the first time. He wasn’t terribly thrilled with the texture, in fact, he made a face similar to the one he made when he crawled in the snow. But he did like having nearly limitless freedom, and was content to crawl after Hazel (the chihuahua) for as long as we’d let him.

Sidenote: how do we get grass stains out of the knees of his little khakis?

  1. They’re the same size! πŸ™‚ I haven’t tried to get grass stains out in awhile, but I find that Oxyclean works wonders on just about everything.

  2. my aunt (who was also my first babysitter, and therefore adored by me) says: white dial soap. for all stains. πŸ™‚ go Miles!

  3. I agree with the oxyclean. Make a paste with some water and use it as a pretreatment.

  4. fun, fun! I have to ditto the oxyclean. We use the spray by the bottle.

  5. i use oxyclean as well….they have a spray. my sons are athletic and come home every. single. day with terrible stains! baseball practice doesnt help wet first (very important step) spray and scrub…then let sit for a few hours and wash normally……sometimes i add the clorox magic powder (just like oxyclean) but not always………have a good concoction for bad stains if ur interested. brings new life to otherwise ruined clothes!
